REASON FOR LOSS:


This aircraft was severly damaged in combat over the English Channel, Major Carl struggled at the controls to keep the
aircraft in the air in the hope that he could attempt a crash landing in France. On reaching France the pilot attempted to
land but due to the severe damage the aircraft crashed killing both on board.
